RuneScape makes available to F2P two members' quests

RuneScape has made two members’ only quests available now to F2P RuneScape players. The quests are Swept Away and Myths of the White Lands. These quests were former holiday events from Halloween 2008 and Christmas 2008, respectively. They were kept in the game as members’ only quests but have now been opened to F2P RuneScape players. This coincides with the sheep shearer/Witches potion quest classification update.

All F2P RuneScape players can now accomplish these two quests at any time, and can gain one quest point for each. F2P RuneScape players who did not get the two quest points from sheep shearer and witches’ potion will be compensated an extra quest point at the end of the respective new F2P quest, gaining two quest points instead of one.

It is unclear if RuneScape players who have already completed the 2008 holiday events will be able to do the quest, or do they simply get a quest point for each event added to their total quest points.

Free-to-play Quest Changes

The Swept Away and Myths of the White Lands quests have been made permanently free-to-play! These two quests were created, respectively, to go alongside the Halloween 2008 and Christmas 2008 holiday events, and were available to free-players during the two weeks of the event, before becoming members-only quests. Any free-players who missed out on the opportunity to play these quests before can now do so at their leisure.

These two quests have been made permanently free-to-play to replace Sheep Shearer and Witch’s Potion, which are now no longer classified as quests for anyone, as we no longer feel they’re up to the standard of other quests. Although Sheep Shearer and Witch’s Potion no longer appear in the Quest List, adventurers can still undertake them for their experience and item rewards (by talking to Fred the farmer in Lumbridge or Hetty the witch in Rimmington).

Myths of the White Lands and Swept Away will each award either 1 or 2 Quest Points, depending on your progress through Sheep Shearer and Witch’s potion before the update. No one will lose any Quest Points due to this change.

Add to favorites Examiner Bio RuneScape Court Case guide, prosecuting the drunken dwarf

In the RuneScape distraction and diversion Court Cases, Drunken dwarf is one of the court cases RuneScape players have to weigh in after completion of the initial prosecuting of or defending the mugger. When the RuneScape player receives a court summons and shows it to the clerk, he may choose to prosecute or defend the drunken dwarf. This article focuses on prosecuting the drunken dwarf. See RuneScape Court Cases list for other court cases walkthroughs and RuneScape Court Cases disambiguation for other articles on this distraction and diversion.

Opt to prosecute the drunken dwarf, and then proceed with the initial court case preparations. Match the fingerprint to the drunken dwarf. Head downstairs into the court room.

In the court room, present the fingerprint as evidence. Summon to the stand the victim and ask him to talk about the attack. Then close the case, directing the statement towards the young woman in the jury. Wearing Ring of charos (a) is helpful.

Talk to the clerk to receive the reward of 5,000 attack experience twenty gold ore, and a kebab.

RuneScape Classic Reminder

We’d like to remind everyone who’s interested in trying out RuneScape Classic, but has not yet logged in since it was re-opened, that the opportunity to do so will only be available for one more week. Only those members that log into Classic (using their normal username and password) before the end of Tuesday 15th June will be able to continue playing it after this date (unless their account is already Classic-enabled).

You can access RuneScape Classic here. New sign-ups should log into Classic worlds 2-6; Classic 1 is only accessible to those veteran Classic players who have stuck with it all the way through.

RuneScape Classic is the predecessor to the current RuneScape game. It was closed to new members over four years ago, but we want for players to be able to try out this important part of our history.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss this, please visit this forum thread.
